2026 SHPN Awards Application
Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Sports and Human Performance Nutrition (SHPN) Awards Program! The SHPN Awards recognize members who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, service, research, innovation, and commitment to advancing sports and human performance nutrition.

We encourage you to nominate a deserving colleague or apply yourself if your contributions align with one of the award categories.

Please complete and submit this application by September 4, 2026.

Award recipients will receive:
- Recognition at the 2026 SHPN FNCE® Networking Event in San Antonio, Texas on Sunday, October 25th from 5:30-7:30 PM CT
- Complimentary one-year SHPN membership 2027-2028
- Complimentary registration to the 2027 SHPN Virtual Symposium
  $250.00 Stipend
Important Dates:
- Complete and Submit Application and Application Materials by September 4, 2026
- Award recipients will be notified by early October 2026

SHPN Achievement Award
- Recognizes an SHPN member who has demonstrated sustained leadership through volunteerism, service, and excellence in research.
SHPN Excellence in Practice Award
- Recognizes an emerging SHPN member who has demonstrated innovation and excellence in professional practice through unique contributions to sports and human performance nutrition.
SHPN Outstanding Student Member Award
- Recognizes an SHPN Student Member who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to sports and human performance nutrition through leadership, scholarship, research, service, or advocacy.
What needs to be submitted?

1. Complete the following application/s:

2. Submit references to SHPN@eatright.org.
