ON 2027 Virtual Symposium Session Proposal Form
Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for the ON 2027 Virtual Symposium!

The Virtual Symposium will take place on Thursday, April 22, 2027. The deadline to submit a proposal is November 14, 2026. The Symposium Committee will follow up all submitters by January 4, 2027 with their decision.

Notes:
- PPT presentations will be due March 1, 2027 to allow time to submit for CDR approval.
- Presentations must include a disclosure slide that lists the employer(s) for all speaker(s).
- ON will provide a PPT template for all speakers to use.
