FCP Nominations - 2027 Elections
For 2027-2028 officer nominations (officer terms begin June 1, 2027):
Interested/Nominating for the Chair-Elect position.

Note: This is a 3-year commitment (chair-elect, chair, past-chair).
Chair-Elect:
Elected position for a one-year term, to be followed by a one-year term as Chair and a one-year term as Past Chair. Total term is 3 years. Plans, coordinates, and oversees the actions of the FCP DPG. This includes educational sessions at the symposium, fundraising, budget, membership, newsletter, and appointing persons to committees/chairs as appropriate. Additional duties as assigned by the executive committee.

Treasurer:
Elected position for a two-year term. Maintains budget records, plans annual budget with chair/chair-elect. Presents financial reports at all executive committee meetings. Maintains long-term financial planning for the FCP DPG. Acts as the DPG contact for revenue collection, officer reimbursement, and vendor payments.

Nominating Committee:
Elected Position for a two year term. Committee Consists of 4 members: Chair, Chair-Elect, and two committee members. Coordinates nominations for FCP DPG Ballot. Contacts nominees for required information and coordinates with AND. Completes other AND ballot requirements such as a petition announcement, nominee forms, and contacts all candidates regarding elections. Helps coordinate members interested in serving on a committee or as an elected member with the Chair-Elect.

**Note: There are two positions open, and the person with most votes is appointed as Chair-Elect.
