Please wait until you receive confirmation that your event has been approved (and for what amount) from the State Coordinator Chair before registering for an exhibit. Failure to complete this application in full may result in a delay in your application being considered.-Receipts and (and a screenshot of Google Maps) are required for all expenses.-If your application is accepted and you deviate from the approved budget, your request for reimbursement may be denied.
